If PowerInterlock is high, the order output is reset, and the mode
is forced to Man. This force can be disabled by setting Mode.OpNoAutoToMan
to 1.
Boolean ExtControl eco Controls the mode when extern mode control is selected, i.e.
Mode.OpExtAndIntMan is set to 1. The Auto/Man buttons are then removed
from the object graph, and the auto/man selection i performed by this
input instead.

If ExtControl is 1, mode is auto, and if ExtControl is 0 mode is manual.
Boolean ExtStart est Input to control the contactor order output in Auto mode.
Boolean ExtInterlock ilk Interlock input.
If ExtInterlock is high, the order output is reset, and the mode
is forced to Man. This force can be disabled by setting Mode.OpNoAutoToMan
to 1.
Boolean LocMode loc Input to set Local mode.
Normally connected to a switch on a local panel.
Boolean OpLocStart lst Input to control the contactor order output in local mode.
Normally connected to a button on a local panel.
Boolean ResTrip trp Input to reset the trip run time measurement.
Se the class RunTimeCounter.
Boolean DisableSup dis Disable supervision. Alarm messages are suppressed.
AttrRef PlcConnect   The main object connected to this function object.
Boolean On on Output for drive started, from converter statusword SW bit 2.
Boolean Err err Error output.
The output it high when the object is interlocked, or when components
alarms or has tripped. Can be used to reset orders on the start inputs
ExtStart and OpLocalStart to avoid unwanted restarts after fault.
