Hello,

By default Proview creates new projects under /usr/local/pwrp/.
How/where do I change this to an arbitrary path?

Hi,

From the Project Administrator enter edit-mode, adda a ProjectReg-object. Open the procjectreg object and change the pathname in the Path-attribute. Perhaps you are creating projects in some other way ?

Hi,

The default path can be set in /etc/proview.cnf, parameter defaultProjectRoot, e.g.

[code:1]defaultProjectRoot /data1/pwrp
[/code:1]

Thanks Claes!

This might be the easiest way if planning to locate the project trees on a separate file server.
