Hello,
I has been install pwr55 on ubuntu 16.04.3-desktop-amd64
I just follow the "getting started guide" and stuck on page 21 'Start runtime' :(

It's some gstreamer archive that is missing. Try

> sudo apt-get install libgstreamer-plugins-bad0.10-0

I try but still can't work.

OK done,
I download for all .deb file and installing with dpkg command.
I'm sure there is many question later.
