on the first line of the my help-file /usr/local/pwrp/project/src/cnf/xtt_help.dat there is Coding:UTF-8

after node rebuild, the help text appears with wrong characters (Atilde copyright instead of é etc.)
The administrator has disabled public write access.

The syntax in helpfiles is
<coding> UTF-8
