barnes OFFLINE Expert Boarder Posts: 92 Karma: 0	I have a 500ms pulse train set up with an AND gate to make a flashing alarm light. The pulse train just stops working. You can see the above graph. The output is toggling from 1 to 0 and the just stops at either 1 or 0 for a short time and then restarts. I have verified that the output of the OR gate is always 1 during the test. What could cause this problem?

barnes OFFLINE Expert Boarder Posts: 92 Karma: 0	I extended the period to 1 seconds and it started to work. It appears the 100ms or 200ms scan time of the PLC code is significant to the pulse train.
