Your video is still not available however after a re-boot of my computer the ramping has disappeared and all is working normally. Reason unknown. I'll still consider your suggestion as I find it interesting.

Hi Stephen,

If you click on the link, you will have only the sound in the web browser.
You must download the file and then open the video on your computer (in English browser something like right click --> save the target of the link as ...)
I think you have already H264 mp4 CODECS
As I use mostly Linux, I have rarely an issue.

Still no luck Bruno,
I use Firefox that doesn't have 'save target as'.
Which browser are you using?
I've now tried Google Chrome, Chromium and Konqueror non of which support 'save target as'
Could you upload the .mp4 file here or is it too large?
