Good morning,

to send automatic mails, I need to reset the alarms by the PLC.
I did a test, during the first event, the alarm goes off, the email is sent.
The alarm remains active on the supervision console and during the second event no mail suddenly.
How can I acknowledge an alarm by the PLC?
In my example, IODEF-W40X4 is permanently active. My Mail by has the loss of this signal.

I partially solved my problem.
I do not declare it in alarm but in info. As a result, I do have an email that goes out at each event.

However, where can I modify the body of the email? It must go to an external service provider and I would like to format it and remove certain information from it.
Example of email sent:
Proview alarm from node SRV-PROVIEW
Priority?
Event time 16-FEB-2023 11:01:19.87

Event text: Name of the event to report
Event name: plant-PLC_MAIL-W-Wait0

I would like to remove: "Event name: plant-PLC_MAIL-W-Wait0"

Hi Phil,

The mail is formated by the rt_post server and can't be modified. It is though possbile specify some other object in EventName by inserting this into the 'Attribute' attribute in the DSup and also set LockAttribute in the DSup.

Hi Philippe,

I'm afraid the MoreText in not included in the mail text. It's only contains the node name, priority, event text and event name.
