Hello,

I am reading the getting started guide and all is ok but when I get to the alarms part, the alarms don't work. I follow all instructions but the alarms are not displayed on screen.
Could you help me? What is wrong?

Thank you.

Hi
Check that you have set NodesGettingstartedOp.EventSelectList[0] = H1
also make sure that NodesGettingstartedOp.MaxNoOfAlarms > 0 and
NodesGettingstartedOp.MaxNoOfEvents > 0.

Also check NodesGettingstartedOp.OpName = pwrp

Please let us know if you find out what was wrong so that we can correct the GettingStartedGuid.

Hi,

I haven't got the attribute OpName. Other attributes are correct.

I think Nylund ment the User attribute.

Hi,
now, I get the error :

E pwr_plc 3273 10-03-21 07:52:42.67 Failed to set priority, plc thread 100 ms, prio 0.

Is there any priority that I have to put? Thanks

Hi anmi,

When simulating you don't really need to set the priority so you don't have to care about this error. You configure it in the PlcThread-object in the Node-hierarchy. To run the plc with real time priority you need to set the superuser-as the owner and the s-bit. Group should be pwrp.
