is that in the development station or in a runtime station?

Maybe somebody can tell you something else, but I have that in my development station too and, as I've said, no problems running the plc.

as explained in this link:

The reason why is that in the devlopement station the proview runtime process is not started as root which prevent it (due to lack of permission) to set the priority of the tasks.

Note:: this is done naturally on the runtime station so don't worry about it.

This is not preventing the normal use of your plc, except the priority but for simulation on the develoment station it should not be an issue.
