Hi. This is the first time on this forum. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have built a RPi based controller and datalogger with somethings like 8 PT100 inputs, 8 TC inputs, 16 DIs and 16 DOs. I can use python in the RPi to access and operate the above IOs through GPIO library as well as native I2C and SPI. I want to use a regular 20" LCD screen as display through RPi's HDMI port. This display will have fancy HMI dials and indicators. What i need is a visual frontend to all this python stuff. I guess Proview can be the right thing? Currently i am trying to use the Node-red platform for display but somehow it doesnt feel robust.

If Proview is good for this job, where shall i begin? . Thanks.

Hi Subs,
I'm not an Raspberry PI expert but you can use Proview as scada station to display yours I/O.
If you want begin to learn Proview (basic features), I guest you to visit the youtube channel dedicated for the beginners: www.youtube.com/channel/UCIKkyi-IajL5NfxvSY59hbw

My idea...
If your datalogger is Modbus compliance, you can install Proview on RPI (as process station connected thru Modbus tcp/ip with the datalogger)
Use a 2nd Proview station (operator station) connected with RPI to display I/O.

/Ben
