Thanks Panoramix,

There is now a link on the Document page. I changed the title to 'Guida introduttiva', is that an ok translation?

/Claes

Yes, the translation is correct.
Since I want to learn how to use Proview decently which manual should I read now?
So as I read it I translate it.

Hi Panoramix,

I find this site most useful for documentation on Proview:
proview.se/doc/en_us/

Its probably best that you look at the Designer's Guide next.

Cheers,

Hi Panoramix,

If you want to learn Proview, I also think Designer's Guide is the next step. It's quite comprehensive with 400 pages, but there's a lot of pictures and the lower half is descriptions of commands with not so much text. You will find the source to the English version in src/doc/man/en_us/man_dg.dat. This is text file and it can be displayed in the Proview help browser with

> co_help -s 'filename'

I think it's better to keep the dat file. It can be read by the help browser and can be converted to pdf and html.

Hi Claes
To convert the .dat document to pdf, should I use the co_convert command?
Will pagination be performed automatically by co_convert or should I add blank lines in the pages?
I started translating man_dg, I hope not to take a lifetime ;-)
