Hi everyone

Using pwrp version 5.5
I'm using pi3 pwrp for programming
and some pi3 pwrrt for running, i don't use crosscomping.


New situation:
I want to use a pi4b for programming and pi3 for running.
pwrp version 5.9
pwrtt version 5.9
pi4 and pi3 running both buster

Is this possible?

Status until now is:

Installed pwrtt5.9 on pi3 with buster
Installed pwrp5.9 on pi4 with buster

Convert an application from 5.5 to 5.9 on the pi4 with pwrp5.9
Distribute the application to pi3 with pwrrt5.9

Everything looks go except plc programm is not running.

I think in have to cross compile the application on the pi4 pwrp5.9

Do someone has a solution.

Hi cees,

I don't think you have to cross compile on rpi. We only have one rpi release and as far as I known it's runnable on all rpi version.

To troubleshoot you can login as pwrp and start the plc executable from the prompt (you'll find it on $pwrp_exe/plc...) and look for any error messages.
