Hello all
Today I am using Ubuntu 14.04 32 bits version with Proview V5.4 also 32 bits (I suppose)
My plan is to upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04 LTS 64 bits and also to Proview 5.9 version as a development machine and
Raspberry Pi as a daily using (as a ordinary PLC do)

I am not sure about the procedure, please help me if the steps bellow are correct
1) Do SDF running the script reload.sh on the development machine to dump the database
2) save the files in a pendrive for example
3) update the Ubuntu 32 bits to a Ubuntu 64 bits
4) install pwr55 packages 64 bits
5) Do running upgrade.sh, answering step by step as the document upgrade55.pdf inform
Questions,
a)that is all?
b)it will work to upgrade from 32bits to 64bits also?
c) what I need do on raspberry installation, only remove the current OS install new and deploy the project?

Thanks, in advanced

Hi Ceccon,

a) You can most likely go directly from 5.4 to 5.9, and install Ubuntu 20.04LTS and pwr59. There is no upgrade.sh script for 5.9 but the 5.7 version is still present and will work as well.

b) Yes.

c) Yes, and install the pwrrt package.
