This is a connection. Some objects like valves have connection points that you can draw connections between, as you draw connections in the plc editor. You can also use a ConGlue (under Other in the palette) that is an endpoint or a connection between connections. It has four connectionpoints in different directions. You can set line width, color, border and shadow on the connection.
