It just depends on the modbus data list that provides the supplier of your module.
If the data your expect are exposed to the modbus read table you can access them using a modbus read function through Proview (using Modbus TCP Slave Module with ChannelDi or ChannelIi below corresponding to your input table)
From what I see on their use manual (
www.eztcp.com/en/download/pds_files/cieh10aen.pdf) all the DI / DO table is exposed (with bit access or word access) but nothing more.
In any case getting the PWR or LINK status has no really sense as without power or link you won't able to discuss with your module so the information will be always TRUE or no communication will be possible
