Hi,

in the next project I present a water purifier. Many research institutes, laboratories and industries use ultra pure water for their technology. The pharmaceutical industry is particularly has large and special quality requirements.
Meeting these requirements is a technological challenge. High technology is required to achieve this goal (reverse osmosis filtration, degasification, electro deionization).

Our equipment produces ultra pure water with a conductivity of less than 0,3 us/cm.

The parameter change is analyzed by sensor fusion so keeping the water quality. For this we have to measure the pressure, volume flow, temperature, conductivity etc. We need to adjust pressure, vacuum, volume flow of concentrate and current of deionizator. We used a hydra controller as well in this case too.

The parameters of water production are continuously logged and the whole system is remote-controlled.

Regards

M

Hi AutoMate,

we use our own i/o.

Most of the sensors are made by ifm.

P.s.

It not just looks good ... but it works great ... :)
Thanks!

Do you provide price lists, hardware specs and delivery expectations?
Where are you located?

Hi Ron,

at present these products are mostly manufactured for our own projects (some of them I mentioned in other posts) so commercially there is a limited quantity available right now. However, we are working on to make our devices available commercially in larger quantities.
I can only give you an approximate price as it will change depending on the changing production processes and the future demands. The basic contents of the package include the device with the selected configuration, the housing, the Basic IO Service API which performs the service of peripherals, OS and documentation. The lead time of the product is about 1 month right now.

I have not mentioned in the previously linked documentations, but the HYDRA can be operated without OS as remote IO, using MODBUS TCP protocols. Some of the IO modules (e.g.: DIOM) can be operated from any device through USB bridge.

Also we can provide a limited numbers of test products for anyone who is interested to test it. If you are interested in the details (price, test device) don't hesitate to contact us directly: office-at-compair1st-dot-hu

You can find the previously linked specifications here:
www.proview.se/v3/index.php/forum/hardwa...ra-controller-family
SMZ_1.pdf, SMZ_2.pdf, DIOM.pdf

If you have any questions regarding it, feel free to ask either here on the forum or by email.

By the way we are a small company located in Hungary.

Regards

M
