Hi Claes,
When I create a customised faceplate (for controler) it's very interesting to have the loop name (e.g. LIC100) write in a value field in the faceplate.
But the Mode object don't have a specific attribute for that, for example LoopName.Attribute

For the moment I use the "SetEngUnit" attribute to store the loop name.
But because of this I need to create a specific faceplate for different eng units, e.g. barg, Nm3/h,%,...because the "SetEngUnit" attribute is already use.

Q#1: maybe you have a solution to resolve this?

Q#2: can you add this features in the next Proview version?

Q2. I've added a Description attribute to CompModePID and CompPID that can be used for this.
