I run a popup using open graph. But after once dispaying it it can't be displayed again. There is a info of no instance. why?
And is it possible to get a popup window from web (on a web page)?

It should be possible to open a graph from another graph. This graph also has to be in the jar archive, and if you don't have a WebGraph object for it you have to export it manually.

You have to give me some more details, on how you open the graph and the error message.
