Today I install pwr55 to my desktop but not work, eventhough I can work in my notebook. Why ??? the program is not flxible? I do the same way to my laptop and my desktop.
My problem I can not build after saving the plc program. It is always have:
"GLib-CRITICAL **: Source ID "xxxxx" was not found when attempting to remove it".

What kind linux or version of PWR has good stability?

It's hard to help you, although I would be happy to do so.
I saw you tried to use Proview for a few days only.
At the beginning, I spent some weeks before success.

If I can give you some kind of advice, you better start to follow all steps in the "getting started guide"

I sometimes got the message

and it was not "critical"
If you can't build, there is a mistake in your plc program or anywhere else. Try to make one change at a time to find the issue
pwr55 is built for Ubuntu 16.04 (i.e. Mint18)

Yes, it's already done. l made a mistake during 'built' step.
BTW now I become understant litle by litle.
