Right after '-- Plc process compiled for ...' there should be a '-- Using local option file...' so it probably something with the name of the opt-file. You see the file in $pwrp_exe/plc_'nodename'_'plcprocess-name'.opt, and maybe you should write 'mail' with lower case in BuildOptions.

I changed bubildOptions by email to lower case. I have the same error return.
What I don't understand is that I have no errors with the PRD1 build...

You should set the name of the PlcProcess object, that seems to be 'Plc', not the name of the PlcPgm object in the BuildOptions object.
