Has someone of you made a connection to a labeling device or printer?
Some printers use sotware to downlaod the label with paramaters to the printer.
This parameters have to be send to the software,

Did anybode made such a connection ?

Depends on the protocol needed.

Ive build a plc program once on a minor oplc, to send a list of strings with diff. syntax in esc-p commands over rs232.

it would definetely be a challenge but i think you can do it the command way, calling these commands from within your plc program. but not sure how to do this in proview. think there is some info in the documentation.
