The live cd has no install option.
The software does not communicate with my Duemilanove, UNO, or Velleman K8055 in ubuntu 11.10 on two machines (they work geeat in linux and win7), and does not install under ubuntu 10.10.

I'm sorry but we have no resources to build for all different linux releases.
Have you installed the BerkeleyDB development package ? The missing db.h comes from this package and either it's not installed, or the include file is placed in an unexpected directory.

What I tride to link to was the openSUSE:Build Service. It can build for different distros. So it's maybe easier for you to make different release files.
