Hi beloni.. are you on the development station or in a runtime enviroment?

seems like you have a socket issue. if you are on the development station you need to chown root /$"pwrdirectory"/exe/plc file.

if you are on runtime have you tried manually running libnodave from the command line to see if libnodave is working?

Hi,

I ran this command line:
./testISO_TCP -d --readout 10.0.0.190

And this is the output for the desired DB81:

I also ran the readout without debug. It looks like everything is in place.

I'm trying in both development and operator stations for linux x86.

The development station contains also the operator and process. It runs a Ubuntu 11.04.
The operator station consists of a virtual machine running Ubuntu 13.04 with pwrrt installed.

Not sure if that would give some issues.. im running fine on 12.04 dev and runtime lts dont know how a development on a 11.04 would react when distributed to 13.04, but im not certain that it should give you problems. at least i think you should make sure that the libnodave.so is "build the same way" in both systems.

if you are having dependencies that differ i dont know how that would look compared to proview. maybe claes or some of the other developers can shed some light over this?

have you tried the same configuration on the 4.8.4?
