What do you think about a Dutch translation for Proview?
50/50?

Hello,
bumping a really old topic, but a new problem.
case:
- installed proview 5.7 on latest raspbian running on a rpi 3b+
- followed everything, created an opt file, compiler uses it without issues
- but when running and viewing the log file it quotes:

I plc 1657 20-06-18 22:13:44.72 Init of USBIO agent 'VolTest:Nodes-Test-USB'
E plc 1657 20-06-18 22:13:44.72 K8055 Claim interface failed, sts -6, 'VolTest:Nodes-Test-USB'
E plc 1657 20-06-18 22:13:44.72 Failed to inititalize io, %IO-E-INITFAIL, Initialization failed

Is something else tries to use the interface, I'm starting to get a bit worried because until now everything seems to fail what I try to do (cfr cross compileing the pi in a previous topic)

Hi..., jds,....

The last time I gave the k8055 a try is around 2 years ago.
On a x86/32.
What I can "remember", Debian 8.0 (?) was working but NOT Ubuntu 14.04 (?)..
So be careful not wasting your time on a RPI/Cross related.

Marc,
I've noticed the same behaivior using the C example software.
I'm using the K8055 now through a a smal program I wrote converting modbus to the k8055. The system complains also about the fact of "claiming" but affects nothing, so I can use it this way.
