Thanks a lot Claes,

download in progress....

Other question:
Did you test the analog pwm output in the Arduino module. I need some AO and plan to buy some electronic component to convert pwm (0-5V) to analog (0-10V) but I don't see anything about how to pilot those output in the IO guide new release. Is there a problem with that or it is just not tested yet ??

Congrulations again for you hard work...

Hi Snarf,

I was a bit lazy skipped the pwm's. Didn't think anyone would miss them...
But it should be quite easy to add them. I'll have a look at it.

It could sometime be very useful to have some analog outputs (display, sending reference to other system...). The conversion from pwm to 0-10V is described on many electronic forum so (personally) I plan to use them. I don't know if I'm the only one in this case...

Hi Snarf,

New version with support for PWM outputs

files/tmp/pwr48_4.8.1-0.4ubuntu_amd64.deb

Install and activate 'Functions/Update Classes' in configurator menu of your root volume.
Note that there is a new version fo the arduino sketch that has to be downloaded to the board.

Hi Claes,

In the next v4.8.1 is the complete Arduino (Analog I/O and Digital I/O) going to be implemented just like the K8055? If yes....., then I will be very pleased and will wait because I run 32 bit...... The Arduino Duemilanove is running like a charm with Digital I/O.....

Regards,
/Marc

Hi Claes,

Stupid question (I'm used to):
- You spoke about a new sketch for Arduino to load but where is it located ? it is part of the .deb you provide ?

Concerning the Arduino environment I have problem to install it (perhaps x64 pb ?). Which version did you use (0022 ?). The linux version seems to be only for i386 ? did you recompile it ? I never did that so I'm a little lost...

Sorry in advance

Snarf
